Two High-Value Properties Linked to Imran Khan Disclosed in Constitution Tower

According to newly surfaced documents, two expensive properties linked to former Prime Minister and PTI founder Imran Khan have been identified in Islamabad’s prestigious Constitution Tower. The combined value of the properties is reported to be around Rs 160 million.

The records reveal that a commercial shop located in One Constitution Tower was declared at a value of Rs 12.58 crore. In addition, a luxury apartment owned by the PTI founder was listed with a declared worth of Rs 11.9 crore in 2021.

Documents further show a major increase in the declared value of the assets over the following year. The value of the flat alone reportedly rose by more than Rs 3 crore in 2022. Overall, the total assets and their declared worth increased significantly between 2021 and 2022.

In 2021, the total value of the PTI founder’s declared assets stood at Rs 14.1 crore. However, by 2022, the figure had increased to Rs 32.8 crore, reflecting a rise of nearly 120 percent within a year.

The records also indicate that the luxury flat was included in the asset declaration during 2021, while the commercial shop was later added in the 2022 declarations. The revelations have once again sparked public discussion regarding the assets, property holdings, and financial disclosures of political leaders in Pakistan.

Constitution Tower, located in Islamabad, is considered one of the capital city’s most upscale residential and commercial developments, attracting high-profile investors and wealthy property owners. The disclosure of these properties has drawn considerable attention in political and public circles.
