Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA) has reported a new wave of Israeli attacks across southern Lebanon, resulting in multiple casualties and heightened tensions in the region. According to the agency, at least five people were killed in a deadly airstrike targeting the town of Tefahta.

The report stated that “enemy drones” continued to fly over the area even after the strike, raising fears of further attacks and creating panic among residents. Emergency teams rushed to the scene to assist victims, but the situation remained dangerous due to ongoing aerial activity.

In a related incident, a paramedic was injured while responding to the aftermath of the initial strike in Tefahta. This highlights the growing risks faced by rescue workers who are attempting to provide aid under increasingly volatile conditions.

Additional air raids were also reported in several nearby towns, including Seddiqine, Tibnin, and Dibbine. While no further casualties were confirmed in those areas, the continued strikes have increased concern among civilians and local authorities.

The latest escalation reflects a worsening security situation in southern Lebanon, with repeated attacks threatening both lives and infrastructure. As tensions rise, there are growing calls from the international community for restraint and urgent efforts to prevent further loss of life.
