According to the notification, all banks, DFIs and microfinance banks across the country will remain closed on February 5 on the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day.
State Bank of Pakistan will also remain closed on February 5, 2026, transactions, clearing and other banking operations in commercial banks and financial institutions will remain suspended.
