Britain imposes sanctions on 12 individuals and entities based on ties to Iran

Islamabad (NYTODAY) The United Kingdom has announced new sanctions against 12 individuals and entities related to Iran. According to media reports, the British government says that these individuals and organizations were allegedly involved in activities that are considered a threat to national security.

These allegations include planning attacks and providing financial support to groups that are accused of spreading unrest in the UK and other countries. An official statement issued on Monday said that the sanctions will freeze the assets of the relevant individuals and entities, while some individuals will also be subject to travel restrictions. In addition, some individuals will also be prevented from serving as directors of companies.
